Easy Crock Pot Ribs


4 1/2 lbs of ribs (I like the country style)

1 1/2 tsp. Pepper

2 1/2 C Barbecue Sauce of your choice

3/4 C Grape Jelly

1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

1 minced clove of garlic

Place ribs in 5 - 6 qt. slow cooker. Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs. 

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with sauce.

My family loves this recipe! Simple and really good.
